Samet Güler (M’16) received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Turkey, in 2010, the M.S. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bilkent University, Turkey, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical and mechatronics engineering from University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2015. Nadezhda is a Ph.D. student in the Advanced Simulations and Algorithms Lab (AANSLab) and the Communication Theory Lab (CTLab) under the supervision of Professor Matteo Parsani and Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini. Bacem Ben Nasser is a postdoctoral researcher fellow in the Electrical Engineering department within the CEMSE division. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Sciences and Technology-Mathematics from the University of Sfax, Faculty of Sciences of Sfax, Tunisia, where he worked in Lyapunov and control theories, nonlinear integral inequalities and time scale calculus. In January 2017, he was affiliated with the University of Kairouan, Tunisia, at the Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Kairouan as assistant professor of applied mathematics.
