Xuecui Zou

Introduction Xuecui Zou is a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Hossein Fariborzi and Dr. Khaled Salama in Electrical Engineering at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia, Department of Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Science and Engineering (CEMSE). Sally Ahmed

Sally Ahmed was a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering in the Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Science & Engineering division of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. She was a member of the Integrated Circuits and Systems research group (ICS) from May 2016 to December 2020 and her thesis was supervised by Prof. Hossein Fariborzi. Sally obtained her Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from KAUST in 2013 and has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from American University in Cairo (AUC). Rongyu Lin

Rongyu Lin is a Ph.D. student at the Advanced Semiconductors Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Xiaohang Li at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). He received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Southern University of Science and Technology. Research Interest Rongyu's research interests include 2D materials characterization, device fabrication, and Optoelectronics.

Pawan Mishra

Pawan Mishra joined KAUST in Aug 2012 as a Ph.D. student in Photonics Laboratory. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Professor Boon Ooi. Pawan’s Ph.D. work focused on the epitaxial growth process of III-V compound semiconductors using Plasma assisted Molecular Beam Epitaxy for Optoelectronics devices. Previously 2009-2012, he held the position of Faculty Member within the Department of Electronics and Communication, at ICFAI University, Dehradun (IUD) India. Haiding Sun

Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory
Haiding Sun was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working with Professor Xiaohang Li at the Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Education and Early Career Dr. Sun received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, Massachusetts, in the United States in 2015. His Ph.D. dissertation title was “Development of Aluminum Gallium Nitride-Based Emitters In The Form of Graded-Index Separate Confinement Heterostructure (GRINSCH)." Research Interests Dr. Sun ’s research works cover various aspects of semiconductor device designs
